How It Works
We focus on every pup’s safety and happiness, especially when welcoming new arrivals. Our trial process lasts four consecutive days: it starts with a home meet & greet, then includes three days of daycare trials and one overnight boarding trial. This schedule lets us spend time with your pup to see how they adapt to our setting, interact with other dogs, and get comfortable riding with us and their new friends.

Once we have reviewed all of our services with you we will send an invitation to our service app called ‘Time to Pet’. You will fill out all of your client and puppy information for us to have on file. Using this app will allow you to request all service needs as well as pay directly through the app.

Meet & Greet
As soon as you are up and running on ‘Time to Pet’ it is time for us to meet you and your pet! We will schedule a time for us to come to your home so that we can get to know each other and answer any questions. The initial meet and greet at your home helps you and your dog get used to our visits for pick-up and drop-off. We’ll also review the client agreement together.

After the initial meet and greet interview at your home, your pup will begin our Consecutive Trial Process, designed to help them feel comfortable and secure in our environment.
DAY ONE: First Daycare Trial
The day following the meet and greet is the first daycare trial. During this trial, your dog will be introduced to our daycare group by meeting all the dogs one at a time under direct supervision. We start with the most mild-mannered members of our group and gradually introduce your pup to more energetic friends. After meeting everyone, your dog will participate in different activity groups to see which setting suits them best. At the end of the day, your pup returns home for a well-deserved rest before continuing the trial process.
DAY TWO: Second Daycare and Boarding Trial
On the second day, we pick up your dog in the morning for another round of group introductions. This day provides another opportunity for your pup to interact with our daycare dogs in a supervised, supportive environment. At the end of the day, instead of going home, your dog will stay overnight for their boarding trial, allowing them to adjust further to our routine and care.
DAY THREE: Final Daycare Trial
The final day of the trial begins with your dog joining a new group of pups for their last daycare session. This experience helps us observe how your dog adapts to different social groups and activities. After a day filled with fun and learning, your pup will return home in the afternoon.
