How We Got Started

Christine Brown started Hudson Hounds back in 2012 in Tarrytown, New York. Starting out doing walks and some boarding, she quickly put together the play group design as our main activity for our clients. As the business grew with more and more pups, Noelle and Aaron came on board to help. We also moved up to Mahopac, New York in to a beautiful ranch style home which sits on a private acre of property for the dogs to play on. Unfortunately, Christine passed away in 2019 from stomach cancer, but Noelle and Aaron strive to honor Christine's legacy by continuing with the mission of Hudson Hounds - treating our clients like family.


Follow these steps to get started with Hudson Hounds


Fill out the information on our contact page and submit. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible to go over all of our services with you.


Our Service App

Once we have reviewed all of our services with you we will send an invitation to our service app called 'Time to Pet'. You will fill out all of your client and puppy information for us to have on file. Using this app will allow you to request all service needs as well as pay directly through the app.


Meet & Greet

As soon as you are up and running on 'Time to Pet' it is time for us to meet you and your pet! We will schedule a time for us to come to your home so that we can get to know each other and answer any questions.


Play group & Boarding

Now that we have all met, we will schedule (1) trial play group and (1) night of boarding. We do this so that we can see how your pup interacts with the others but more importantly while you are home in case there are any issues.


Start Scheduling

Now that we have everything we need and your pup has finished the trials, we will work with you to set up your schedule and you are officially a proud member of the Hudson Hounds family!!!
