Frequently Asked Questions
Puppies especially benefit from learning social cues and behavior from the other dogs, who are constantly teaching each other. For humans, a huge benefit is for you to come home to a tired pup, both physically and mentally.
We are available to respond to texts, emails, or calls, and can send photos and updates during your pet’s stay. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we share our daily stories.
Pickups are always in the mornings for the play group and drop-offs are always in the afternoons after the play group.
Since our dogs interact in an all-day play environment, it’s important for them to get along well with others. We require that your pup first complete the trial process so we can see how they interact with other dogs and people.
To maintain our incredibly high safety standards and satisfaction ratings, we require your pup to be:

- Current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines*
- Flea/tick-free and in good overall health
- Free of wounds or stitches of any kind
- Wearing a quick-release collar and ID info
- Friendly with other dogs and people
